Who can use pre-ordering?

All passengers that are traveling through the airport where our stores are located.

How does this work?

Browse the site, select your preferred items, and add them to your shopping cart. Please tell us your flight details before you start shopping or upon checkout.

Why are my flight details necessary?

We need to know what airport & terminal you are departing from to fulfill your order and to ensure it is brought to the gate on time or available in-store for pick up prior to departure.

Can I pre-order if I am not of legal smoking/drinking age?

You can only pre-order fragrances, skincare, cosmetics, or food products. Valid ID must be present at the gate and in-store for all alcohol and tobacco products.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order when you receive the confirmation email or by logging into your account.

Do I need to create an account?

No, you do not need to create an account to pre-order, but if you travel frequently, you can access your previous orders and sign up to receive emails about promotions and new products.

How do I pre-order items on your website?

Orders can be placed 2-72 hours before your flight 

Browse and select products to purchase 

During checkout, enter in delivery method (pick up in-store or delivered to the gate)

Process your payment information 

You will receive an email confirming your purchase 

If the inventory is not available, the flight is canceled, the flight is changed, or if you miss your flight, we will send you an email and issue a refund

Orders will be packed and delivered in compliance with US customs laws 

Please check with the Customs Agency or appropriate authorities in the country of your final destination to confirm their limits 

All in-store promotions and special pricing will reflect online

Where do I pick up my purchase?

During the checkout process, you may have the option to either pick up in our Duty-Free store located within the terminal you are leaving from or deliver to your gate for all beauty (fragrance, skincare, cosmetics) and confection products. This option may vary by airport/terminal. Domestic flights are not eligible for gate delivery and must be picked up at the store. You must have wine & spirits and tobacco products delivered to your gate. All International purchases must be delivered to your gate.

I do not see a product I want on your website. Does this mean you do not have it?

While we wish to have all of our products listed on our website for you, we do not have them all at this time. Please be sure to visit our store when you arrive at the terminal to view the full assortment of products.

What happens if I cannot or don’t pick up my order?

Nothing. This is a pre-ordering and not binding transaction until goods are collected on the date of your flight. It will simply be canceled.

What is Duty Free Shopping?

Duty Free shopping allows international travelers the opportunity to save money on a variety of products such as beauty, wine & spirits, tobacco, confection, and luxury fashion. Retailers import goods without duty (local import tax), allowing them to pass on the savings to their customers.

Can I purchase products from your website if I am flying domestically? What about if I have a connection?

Yes, you can purchase any beauty (fragrance, skincare, cosmetics) and food products if traveling domestically state and local taxes will be applied. Beauty and food products are sold tax-free to international-bound customers. Wine, spirits, and tobacco products can be sold to international-bound customers only.

If you are traveling and have a connecting flight, you are advised to check with the connecting airport to confirm whether or not your purchases can be taken with you or if they need to be checked into your luggage.

How much merchandise can I buy?

Each country has its own allowances and regulations when it comes to the amount of tax and duty-free goods which can be imported free of taxes and duties. It is the responsibility of the traveler to comply with the allowances relevant to the country they are traveling to. Click on the link Duty Free Allowances at the bottom of the homepage which will take you to the US Customs and Border Protection site.

What happens if my flight is canceled, my itinerary changes, or I miss my flight?

If your flight is canceled, your itinerary is changed or you miss your flight, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded. You will receive an email notification confirming the order cancelation and refund within 3 business days.

If I am unsatisfied with my purchase, how do I arrange for a refund or return?

Due to US Customs regulations, all duty and tax-free sales are final. For customers traveling in the US only, returns of duty and tax-paid products will be accepted within 30 days. No cash refunds. Please contact info@ishoppes.com
