What happens if my flight is canceled, my itinerary changes or I miss my flight?

If your flight is canceled, itinerary changed or you miss your flight, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded. You will receive an email notification confirming the order cancelation and refund within 3 business days.

If I am unsatisfied with my purchase, how do I arrange for a refund or return?

Due to US Customs regulations, all duty and tax free sales are final.

For customers travelling in the US only, returns of duty and tax paid products will be accepted within 30 days.

No cash refunds.
